None of the Disney parks offer unlimited food throughout the day. You can find plenty of restaurants scattered around Disney property that are buffets though, which means you can eat all you want there.
The Dining Plans allow you to pay for your meals ahead of time, but you are bound by those options when dining if you don’t want to have to pay out of pocket. I find the Dining Plans to be very restrictive because I can’t just sit down and eat somewhere when I’m hungry… you have to have a plan (and reservations for some of them). Others swear by the DP, though. So, it’s really whatever you are most comfortable with.
