War Cloth
Can i return gears of war to my local target even if it is open??
I just recently bought gears of war and an xbox 360 elite console at my local target and i was just in the middle of playing it and this screen comes out of the right side of the screen and says “Disc in unable to read. 1. Clean disk with soft cloth 2. Restart Console”. (did both those twice. and i just called ebgames to see what was going on and they asked if there was any scratches on the disk, and there wasnt a scratch, even before i cleanded it) and then i called the target where i bought it and i told the guy i played it and he just said come in and trade it for a new game or get another copy. So i can i return it even if its open??
Normally they won’t take it back if it is opened BUT it may be defective. I would call and explain the situation to the electronics manager and see what they say. Don’t just talk to the customer service people because they have probably been told “don’t take anything back if it is opened” no matter what! A phone call won’t hurt and you won’t be out the gas money it takes to drive over there!
